helpful staff clean room great shower

the staff was very helpful with a baby crib , they provided it quickly. the rooms were clean upon arrival and throughout my stay. the shower was a highlight , it had great water pressure and temperature control.

the breakfast was okay , but it could have used a little more variety .

Mixed experience due to location and noise

old window street noise

The breakfast was adequate, offering a sufficient start to the day.

The room window was old and did not effectively block street noise i could hear every car and shout it was as if the window was open. The hotel is very close to an area where people are lying on the ground. I barely slept i woke up every hour.

great central stay!

convenient location breakfast options

I found the location very convenient, especially with bakeries and restaurants nearby. the included breakfast was also very good. It had many options, both healthy and not. the staff were always helpful with directions.

the bathroom vent made a lot of noise, it was too loud!

the breakfast offered many mediterranean choices. there were lots of options available including healthy foods as well as less healthy foods. the options changed daily.

the staff were excellent and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. they were helpful with directions around the city. the team contributed to a cute environment.

the metro station is very close, just a short walk, three minutes. this made accessing different parts of the city easy. there is an escalator that could barely fit two people, this caused long waiting times.

the twin room i stayed in was very clean and new, offering a comfortable experience. the beds were comfortable with crisp clean bedcovers. the bathroom was spacious with many hooks and towel racks.

The location works great. It is near the metro. I walked to the city center. the room was very clean. I liked it.
