My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but there were some issues like mold in some areas and the absence of a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, unlike other hotels I've been to. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, the location felt a bit unsafe despite its convenience to attractions like the Acropolis. The dining experience was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, I had a decent stay with a mix of positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located near Omonias Underground and the Hondos Center, making it practical but not in the nicest area. The rooms were small but adequate for single occupancy, although there were cleanliness issues with mold in the bathroom, dust on the bedside tables, and dirt on the floor. The service was generally helpful, except for one rude receptionist, and they efficiently resolved issues with our room. The dining options offered a good variety for breakfast, though more options would be appreciated given the room price. The location is close to metro stations and popular spots like Monastiraki and Syntagma, but the surrounding neighborhood gives off an unsafe vibe with unkempt backstreets. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.
