6.8/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but there were some issues like mold in some areas and the absence of a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, unlike other hotels I've been to. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, the location felt a bit unsafe despite its convenience to attractions like the Acropolis. The dining experience was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, I had a decent stay with a mix of positives and negatives to consider.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were okay, clean, and had everything I needed like hot water and a safe. They were spacious, but I did notice some areas with mold.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had all the information I needed. They even handled my suite refund without any issues.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location, while convenient, felt a bit unsafe and marginalized. It was close to attractions like the Acropolis, but the neighborhood was a bit concerning.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was decent, with a good-sized room and typical Greek hospitality, although it felt a bit simplistic. However, the area had some unwanted visitors like drug addicts and pickpockets.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities overall were satisfactory, but there were a few areas that seemed dusty and unfinished, detracting from the experience.

6.4/10

The hotel is conveniently located near Omonias Underground and the Hondos Center, making it practical but not in the nicest area. The rooms were small but adequate for single occupancy, although there were cleanliness issues with mold in the bathroom, dust on the bedside tables, and dirt on the floor. The service was generally helpful, except for one rude receptionist, and they efficiently resolved issues with our room. The dining options offered a good variety for breakfast, though more options would be appreciated given the room price. The location is close to metro stations and popular spots like Monastiraki and Syntagma, but the surrounding neighborhood gives off an unsafe vibe with unkempt backstreets. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.

Rooms

Service
7.0
The staff were mostly helpful and efficient in resolving room issues, but one receptionist was particularly rude when answering questions.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is practical for transportation, being close to metro stations. However, the surrounding area seems unsafe and unclean, resembling 'the hood' with backstreets inhabited by questionable characters.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast provided a decent selection, including fresh items like eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives, but more variety would be appreciated for the room price.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were standard, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay.

6.6/10

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and metro lines, making it easy to explore Athens. While the rooms were clean, they suffered from noise issues and had some cleanliness concerns. The service could be more welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The dining options fell short with limited choices. On the positive side, the location provides easy access to transportation and attractions.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but noisy and had some cleanliness issues.
Service
5.0
The service could be more welcoming and informative.
Location
7.0
The hotel is very close to metro lines and main attractions, but the immediate area may not feel entirely safe.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited and underwhelming.
Facilities
Basic facilities were available but nothing exceptional was noted.
